Quick Stop On Way Home

We made a quick stop on the way home to visit Grandma Palmer and Great Grandpa Williams!! Kaelani had lots of fun climbing the steps and getting Grandma to walk with her!! Kaiya enjoyed showing everyone how fast she could run!! So glad they let us drop in on them and say HELLO!!

Day 3 - Hiking!!

Kaiya was still bitten by the hiking bug! So, we woke up, ate breakfast, and got loaded up to hike the Mormon Mountain Trail. Kaiya was super excited, and Kaelani was just loving the idea of the backpack!!

Gizzy zonked out before we really even started the hike!!

Mama all loaded up!! Kaiya wanted to carry her backpack, but the upward hill was just too much!!

Camping Day 2

Day 2 we went chasing animals and hung around camp a bit more! We were whipped out form our crazy touring the day before!! We found the fabulous town of Mormon Lake, and discovered they had delicious frozen ice cream treats!! Here are a few pictures from that day!!

We went for a small walk around camp and collected leaves of the trees. Then we went back to camp, and Kaiya (with help from mama) worked in her LAB to IDENTIFY all the trees in her tree book!! She did a dang good job!!

Kaelani didn't like the feel of the dirt on her hands . . . she loved tottling around the campsite holding onto whatever things she could find!! Definitely helped her learn how to walk!!!
