Kaiya and I were emptying the garbage today ... From the corner of my eye I spotted something unusual. I gulped "ugh!!" Kaiya asked "what mom?"
I stopped, bent down and said, "do you see that?"
She responded "what?" "The flower bug!"
We emptied the garbage and returned to the plant. I pulled the leaves back to get a close look. Kaelani came following after. I said "look, my favorite flower Kaelani!" She responded, "ME TOO!"
Kaiya then said, "that's the first time that has ever gotten a flower on it." I reminded her it that when we first got the plant, it had 4 flowers on it.
